Pigment Printing

Pigment printing is one of the essential parts of the textile industry. It is localised form of dyeing, applying colorant to selective area in order to form design

Discharge Printing

This type of printing is done by removing the dye in the garment. It is used to print lighter colors onto dark background fabrics. They leave a much softer texture however exact colors are difficult to control in this printing.

Plasticsol Printing

The most common printing used in commercial garment decoration.  As the name suggests, it has a plasticized texture which provides good color opacity onto dark garments and clear graphic detail. This print can be made softer with special additives or heavier by adding extra layers. We cater to this printing using PVC free ink.

Khadi

This printing has been in use since ages and even today remains one of the most demanded printing. Khadi is white thick paste prepared with the help of titanium dioxide. It is due to the harsh nature of the ink that it stand out on the fabric. This print is easy to identify as it is visible only from 1 side of the fabric.

Cracking Effect

This printing involves a special ink called ‘Crack’ ink. It is applied on to the fabric and dried using heat. On applying heat to  this ink, it gives the same look as one would see on a dried pond or any water-body

Foil Printing

This printing involves use of special adhesive to print high grade foil on to the fabric. Foil is transferred onto the fabric by applying heat and pressure. Special machines are used for this type of printing. It gives the fabric a mirror effect.

Flock Printing

This printing also involves a special adhesive. Tiny particles of  fiber are added on to the fabric using electrostatic energy. This printing is done using specialized machines. It gives velvety touch to the garment.

High Density Printing

This printing is additive to Plasticsol ink. In this multiple layers of the ink are applied on the garment to give height to the the print there by giving it a 3D effect. Height of the print is kept keeping in mind fastness of the print and as per the need of the client.

Glitter Printing

Metallic flakes are suspended in the ink base to create this sparkle effect. Most commonly used are gold or silver. With the popularity of this printing other colors are also available now. Specialists at our facility can make most of the other colors using mixing technique.

Puff/Embosse Printing

This printing involves special ink which give the print puffy look. It is a little similar to High density. It gives height to the print.
